It is with great sadness that we announce the death of David Sterling Dinkins of Lugoff, South Carolina, born in Camden, South Carolina, who passed away on September 17, 2023, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parent Odell Lindsay Dinkins. He is survived by: his mother Patsy Ernestine Edenfield Dinkins of Elgin; and his sisters, Patti Dinkins Shrader (Paul) of Lugoff, Debbie Dinkins Cannup (Richard) of Elgin and Robin Dinkins Mack (Leonard) of Elgin. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
