She was predeceased by: her husband Joe Kerney Sapp; and her parents, Grover Pharr and Claudine Brown Pharr. She is survived by: her daughters, Jennifer Sapp of Lugoff and Valerie Ray (Gene) of Camden; her grandchildren, Ashton McManus (John III), Gene Ray and Caroline Sapp; her great grandchild John "Jay" McManus IV; and her siblings, Cassandra Sturkie, Randy Pharr, Danny Pharr and Andy Meglis.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Epilepsy Foundation of America or the Dementia Society of America.
