She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Tasker and Georgianna Tasker; her grandmother Dorothy; her husband William Glendon Nick; her children, Carolyn Louise Neal and Courtney Nick; her siblings, James Tasker, Thomas Tasker II, Clarence Tasker, Carrie Tasker Johnson, Vincent Tasker and Samuel Diggs; her grandchildren, Rupert Tawan Nick, Deon Summers, Jamika Hudson and Terrika Wright; and her great grandchildren, Tony Brown, Jr. and Julliana Collins Paniagua.
She is survived by: her children, Melvin Neal (Alice), Rupert Nick (Mildred), Angelo Nick (Kim), Glendon Nick (Priscilla), Ronald Nick, Constance Collins, Loretta Gray (Alphonas), Cynthia Nick, Alethea McNeil (John), Cheryl Young (Ricardo) and Tresia Nick; her daughter-in-law Samantta Nick; her siblings, Lawrence Tasker, Ella Tasker Parker and Gloria Tasker-Muhammad (Carl); and her sister-in-law Carrie Tasker. She is also survived by Grandchildren: 35 grandchildren, 57 great-grandchildren, and 10 great-great-grandchildren, along with her spiritually adopted family, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 23rd 2026 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah Witness (65 Tarragon Ln, Edgewater, MD 21037). A memorial service will be held on Friday, October 23rd 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
