She was predeceased by: her parents, Charlie Baggott and Carrie Havird Baggott; and her husband Thomas O. Boulware, Sr.. She is survived by: her children, Tonya Boulware, Cindy Freeman, Thomas O. "Tubby" Boulware, Jr. (Donna) and Angela Murray (Marvin); and her grandchildren, Kelsey Boisvert (Chris) of Byron, Freeman, Emily Baccomo (Jason), James Robert "Bubba" Boulware (Tara) and Jenna Murray (Kevin). She is also survived by six great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the American Heart Association or a charity of one's choosing.
