She was predeceased by: her husband Johnny Paul; her parents, James Mark Wilson and Janie Bell Wilson; her grandson Mason Smith; her siblings, James Wilson, Leonard Wilson, Cleave Wilson, Huey Wilson, Virginia Brazell and Alma Griffin; and her daughter-in-law Tonya Smith.

She is survived by: her children, Tod Smith (Stacy), Sharon Connell (Jody), Ted Smith (Tiffany) and Timothy Smith; and her siblings, Margaret Reyes (Henry) and Louis "Sparky" Wilson (Rachel). She is also survived by 19 grandchildren; and 13 great-grandchildren.

Memorials may be made to Cassatt Baptist Church.
