She was predeceased by: her parents, H. A. Dowey and Doris Jackson Dowey; her husband Glenn Lee Napper; and her brothers, Steve Dowey and Terry Dowey.
She is survived by: her brothers, Frankie Dowey and Arnold Dowey; and her sisters-in-law, Vivian Dowey and Jackie Dowey. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, September 1st 2026 from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Pine Grove Baptist Church of Lugoff (836 Pine Grove Rd, Lugoff, SC 29078). A memorial service was held on Tuesday, September 1st 2026 at 5:00 PM at the Pine Grove Baptist Church (836 Pine Grove Rd, Lugoff, SC 29078).
