He was predeceased by : his mother Erma Rowe McGinnis. He is survived by : his wife Betty Truesdale McGinnis; his daughters, Deborah Nicole Hobbs (James) of Camden, Melissa Dawn McGinnis of Columbia and Kristian Amanda Hunter (Christopher) of Elgin; his granddaughters, Ashley Hobbs, Cassidy Hobbs, Lillian Hunter and Madison McGinnis; and his siblings, Karen Rowe, Scott Rowe and William Rowe, Jr..
