In the hush of twilight, as the stars twinkle in silent homage, we reflect on the legacy Jerry leaves behind and his impact on the lives of his loved ones. Though Jerry may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the memories held dear by his family and friends, a guiding light that illuminates their paths in times of darkness.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest James West, Jr. and Elizabeth Kelly Cobb. He is survived by: his wife Zyphia Tyner West; his children, Michael West (Megan) of Charleston, Jarred West (Amanda) of Charlotte, N. C. and Brittany West (Stephen Price) of Camden; his grandchild Graley West; and his siblings, Glenn West (Patty), Becky West and Tina West.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Alzheimer's Foundation of America.
