He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Bukowski, Jr. and Ellen Harn Bukowski; and his siblings, J. George Bukowski, Arthur E. Bukowski, Barbara L. Collins and Charles D. Bukowski.
He is survived by: his wife Barbara Bukowski; his sons, Joseph Bukowski (Lisa) of Fort Mill and Robert "Bob" Bukowski (Tammy) of Conway; his grandchildren, Joey Bukowski, Ben Bukowski (Chelsea), Ashley Alford and Heath Alford; his brother James W. Bukowski (Francine); and his great grandchild Jay Bukowski.
In lieu of Flowers, memorials may be made to the Lugoff-Elgin High School Athletic department.
