She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Wilson Isgett and Margaret Jordan Isgett; her husband Larry Wayne Newman; and her grandson Chase Newman. She is survived by: her children, Crystal Horton (Daniel) of Jefferson, Joe Johnson (Samantha Drew) of Hartsville, Lance Newman of South Carolina, Josh Newman (Kristin) of Camden and Shane Newman (Amanda) of Camden; and her siblings, Evelyn Talbert (David) of Hartsville and Robert Isgett (Naomi) of Hartsville. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren; and 7 great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Friday, September 11th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Cedar Creek Baptist Church (1635 Cedar Creek Rd, Hartsville, SC 29550). A funeral service was held on Friday, September 11th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Friday, September 11th 2026 at the Wateree Baptist Church Cemetery (2024 Haile St, Camden, SC 29020).
