Matthew leaves behind cherished memories for friends, family, and all who had the privilege of knowing him. Matthew’s life was marked by connections and experiences that touched those around him. Though he is no longer with us, the moments shared, the laughter, and the support he offered will continue to resonate. All who knew Matthew will carry forward his memory in their hearts.
He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Patricia Corder and Henry R. Weller, Jr.. He is survived by: his parents, Jamie Anna Weller and Robert Weller; his brother William Weller; his son Carter Bailey; his grandparents, Cheryl, James Rogers and Ok Weller; and his friend Morgan Bailey. He is also survived by great grandparents, aunts, uncles, cousins, and devoted friends.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, September 19th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Thompson Funeral Home (845 Leesburg Rd, Columbia, SC 29209). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, September 19th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
