She was loved and cherished by many people including: parents: Melton Baldwin and Virginia Higgins Baldwin; nieces and nephews: Amanda Parker, Hunter Higgins, Troy Phillips, Fletcher Higgins, Harry Delane Baldwin, Joan Murff, Buddy Neeley, and Melvin Neeley; and many nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 10th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Powers Funeral Home (832 Ridgeway Rd, Lugoff, SC 29078). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 10th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Saturday, October 10th 2026 at the Fox Hill Baptist Church Cemetery.
