She was predeceased by: her parents, Bomar Hall and Patsy Hall; her husband Roger Latham; and her siblings, Myrtle Hicks, Dean Hall, Charles Hall, Nettie Young, Margaret Hall, Joseph Hall, Marshall Hall, Brenda Webb and Linda Knight.
She is survived by: her children, Gayle McLeod (Phil) of Lugoff, David Dowey (Beverly) of Lugoff and Libby Davis (Scott) of Anderson; and her siblings, Jenny Kale of Gastonia, NC, Mary Dowey of Lugoff, Carolyn Lawson of Gaffney and Terry Hall of Gastonia, NC.. She is also survived by nine grandchildren and twelve great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Monday, August 31st 2026 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the LifeSprings Church (1062 Ridgeway Rd, Lugoff, SC 29078). A funeral service was held on Monday, August 31st 2026 at 4:00 PM at the LifeSpring Church (1062 Ridgeway Rd, Lugoff, SC 29078). A burial was held on Monday, August 31st 2026 at the Lugoff First Baptist Church Cemetery (106 Longtown Rd, Lugoff, SC 29078).
