He is survived by: his wife Kay Courtney Bartholomew; his sister Judy Bartholomew of Birmingham, AL; his sisters-in-law, Brenda Bartholomew of Hartselle, AL and Sally Shealy (Tony) of Columbia, SC; his sons, Matthew Bartholomew of Lugoff, SC, Karl (Suzane), Steven (Jill) and Lin (Tricia); his grandchildren, Ryan Bartholomew (Kaitlin), Jessica Jones (Travis), Phillip Bartholomew (Taylor), Christy, Hannah and Brenna Bartholomew; his great grandchildren, Chase, Kendall, Landon, Emma Bartholomew and Benjamin Jones; and his niece Kimberly Diveley. He is also survived by nieces and nephews, many friends, and good neighbors.
