We are sad to announce that on July 28, 2023, Phillip Lamar Kirkland of Lugoff, South Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Leslie Kirkland and Emily Nettles Kirkland; his grandson Zachery Kirkland; and his siblings, Joseph "J. W." Kirkland, George Leslie Kirkland and Rev. Arlin Kirkland.
He is survived by: his wife Brenda Smith Kirkland; his children, Cody Lamar Kirkland (Holly) of Dalzell, Emily Kirkland Price (David) of Ridgeway and Justin Phillip Kirkland of Ridgeway; his grandchildren, Huntley Kirkland, Ashby Kirkland and Joshua Kirkland; and his sisters, Margaret Colvin (Wayne) and Nadine Boyd (Milton).
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Pine Grove Baptist Church Building Fund.
