He is survived by: his sons, Ryan James Kelly (Katherine) and Zachary Daniel Kelly (Dylan); his siblings, Deborah Peebles (Ernie), Brenda Lee (Larry), Jenny Hall (Richard), Edward Kelly (Brenda), Linda Pittman (David), Dianne Boykin (Steve) and Jeanette Carron (Joe); his grandchildren, Mayumi Kelly, Maylani Kelly, Liam Kelly, Jamison Kelly and Amelia Kelly; his former spouse Donnel Kelly; his cousin Amber Stephens (Mitchell); and his friend Michael Robinson (Patricia). He is also survived by numerous nieces & nephews.
Visitation was held on Sunday, April 27th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Powers Funeral Home (832 Ridgeway Rd, Lugoff, SC 29078). A funeral service was held on Monday, April 28th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Mt. Pisgah Baptist Church (2140 McBee Hwy, Jefferson, SC 29718).
