He is survived by: his children, William Richard Osmer, Victor Shawn Osmer (Nora), Wayne Ernest Osmer, Corinna Baker (Glenn) and Melissa Lynds (Michael). He is also survived by 5 grandchildren; 6 great- grandchildren and 1 great-great grandchildren.
