She was predeceased by: her spouse Bence Richard Osborne; her parents, Curtis Noe and Ellen Noe; and her siblings, Aluria Romines, Sophia Noe and Winfred Lee Noe.
She is survived by: her children, Valerie Smart of Lugoff and Stephen Vance (Lindsay) of Chapin; and her siblings, Charles Lesley Noe of Somerset, KY and Dorothy Scott of Summerville, KY. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren; and 4 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, April 30th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Powers Funeral Home (832 Ridgeway Rd, Lugoff, SC 29078). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, April 30th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Wednesday, April 30th 2025 at the Forest Lawn Memorial Park (1659 Kershaw Hwy, Camden, SC 29020).
