She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Schoemer and Bertha Steidle; and her brother Bill Heil. She is survived by: her husband Roy Jack Milligan; her children, Vicki Lynn Branham of Rock Hill and Guy William Gaither (Elizabeth); and her stepchildren, Kenneth W. Milligan (Denise) of Somerset, KY and Rena Faye Lyons of Somerset, KY. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren.
