She is survived by: her children, Te'Anna Williams and Taylor Wade; her brothers, Fredrick Wade (Lashanda) and Justin Dennis; her uncle Carl Wade (Berthina); her aunt Carolyn Lloyd (Billy); her niece Arianna Sanders (Jake); and her nephew Fredrick Wade, Jr.. She is also survived by cousins, and great aunts and uncles.
