He is survived by : his wife Linda Brown Torbert Marthers; his children, Wesley Lee Marthers Jr. (Lynn) of Dillon, Cindy Baum (Michael) of Blythewood, Rev. Bruce Marthers (Deborah) of Camden and Amber Gunn (Steven) of Gilbert; and his brother Jerry Marthers of Cassatt. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren; and 19 great-grandchildren.
