He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth "Libby" Campbell McKinney of Elgin; his children, Melinda "Mindy" McKinney of Elgin, Heather McKinney Branham (Jeff) of Mt. Pleasant and William Earl McKinney, III of Willow Springs, NC; and his grandsons, Campbell Branham, Jackson McKinney, Jake Branham, Hank Branham and Wyatt McKinney.
