He was predeceased by: his parents, Otis Watts and Evelyn Louise Horton Watts; his son Sheldon Racine Watts; and his sisters, Kathy Watts and Voncile Watts.
He is survived by: his children, Stacy Hebein (Bob) and Willie "Bubba" Watts, Jr. (Brooke); his siblings, Grover "Nookie" Watts, Bobby Watts (Nancy), John "Skeeter" Watts and Patricia Seegars (Chris); his close friend Vera Hendon; and his grandchildren, Memphis Hebein, Aeron Watts, Zachary Watts, Bella Watts, Wynter Rose Watts and David Andrew Watts.
Visitation was held on Saturday, November 1st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Providence Baptist Church (3334 Providence Rd, Kershaw, SC 29067). A funeral service was held on Saturday, November 1st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, November 1st 2025.
