He was predeceased by: his parents, Roscoe Linder Smith and Sally Louise Vaughn Smith; his former wife Jolene Bailey Smith; and his brother Jimmy Smith. He is survived by: his wife Helen "Penny" Walls Smith; his daughters, Sherry Morrow (Ed) of Duncan and Stephanie Wykel (Joey) of Duncan; his sister Sallie Pettigrew of Moore; his grandchildren, Christopher "Cam" Morrow (Kate), Baylee Wykel, Benjamin Wykel and Brady Wykel; and his great grandchildren, Jack Morrow and Lilly Morrow.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, May 26th 2026 from 2:30 PM to 3:45 PM at the Wood Mortuary, Inc. (300 W Poinsett St, Greer, SC 29650). A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, May 26th 2026 at 4:00 PM at the Wood Mortuary Chapel (300 W Poinsett St, Greer, SC 29650).
