He was predeceased by: his parents, George Holden and Bertha Ables Holden; his brother Bobby Campbell; and the mother of his children Joyce Ann Campbell. He is survived by: his wife Grace Lancaster Campbell; his children, Mike Campbell (Kathy), Melisa Gowan (Sam) and Michelle Fincher; his stepchildren, Tiffany Moore, Amanda Murphy (Scott) and David Garrett; his stepbrother Lew Kelley (Beverley); and his sister-in-law Brenda Campbell. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren; eleven great grandchildren.
