We bid farewell to Lefoy Smith Vj Jr. of Lyman, South Carolina, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on September 27, 2025 at the age of 82. Lefoy touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by: his parents, Inez Smith (Horton) and VJ Lefoy Smith, Sr.. He is survived by: his wife Mary Caroline Smith (Blackwell); his children, Janet Smith of Wellford, Benji Smith (Dana) of Lyman and Brian Smith of Spartanburg; his grandchildren, Brandon Smith, Adelyn Smith and Ashlyn Smith; and his sister-in-law Ruby Bishop (Howard) of Inman.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 1st 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Seawright Funeral Home (26 E Main St, Inman, SC 29349). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 2nd 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
