He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Ziegler and Gertrude Lyons Ziegler; his wife Barbara Joan Mason Ziegler; his brothers, Charles Ziegler and Edward Ziegler; and his son-in-law Gene Ziegler.
He is survived by: his children, Richard Ziegler (Kimberly), Randall Ziegler and Cheryl Neff (Norman); his grandchildren, Heather Loveday (Rick), Bradley Neff (Triona), James Neff (Emily), Megan Ziegler and Riley Ziegler (Alec Via); and his siblings, Kenneth Ziegler, Geraldine Mehler and John Ziegler. He is also survived by 5 great grandchildren.
