Tommy Watson Obituary
We are sad to announce that on August 4, 2025, at the age of 72, Tommy Watson of Lyman, South Carolina, born in Greer, South Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the sacred silence of farewell, Tommy is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that his light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of his loved ones. And as his memory is carried forward, may comfort be found in the knowledge that love is eternal, and that Tommy's spirit lives on in the beauty that surrounds us.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Rev. Choice Watson and Grace Watson of Lyman, S. C.. He is survived by: his children, Bridget Watson (Chris) of Gaffney, S. C and Cory Watson (Dawn) of Greer; his grandson Jensen "Lil Dude" Watson; and his siblings, Peggy Collins (Dennis), Billy Watson (Angie) and Bradley Watson. He is also survived by four great nephews, a large loving extended family, his LEO family, a multitude of friends.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, August 9th 2025 at 5:00 PM at the Duncan First Baptist Church (103 E Main St, Duncan, SC 29334).
