She is survived by: her children, David Hugh Thompson, Jr. (Vanessa) of Summerville, Matthew Craig Thompson (Tiffany) of Sumter, LaNelle McLeod (Larry Butch) of Sumter, Susan McDonald (Harvey) of Sumter and Melissa Catoe (Chris) of Dalzell; her son-in-law Dave Gutstein (Joann) of Charlotte; her grandchildren, Preston McDonald (Kayla), Devin McDonald (Kyndal), Joseph McDonald, Emily Griffith (Dalton), Alex Crowley (Katie), Kayleigh Johnson (Everett), Jared Gutstein (Ashley), Zachary Gutstein (Sofia), Noah Catoe (Caylie), Thomas Catoe (Abby), Christina Courson (Jon), Will Catoe, David H. Thompson III, Jackson Thompson, Joshua Thompson, Emma Kate Thompson, Jordyn Edwards and Harper Thompson; her siblings, Horton McDowell Geddings Jr. (Kathy), Jesse Geddings (Brenda), Gloria Watts (Wayne) of Manning, Sandra Wolfe (Ralph) of Manning, Nina Corbett (Harold) of Manning and Diane Thames (Jeffrey) of Manning; and her half-brother Bitsy Bryant (Thompson) of North Carolina. She is also survived by 15 great grandchildren, son in-laws, and the numerous nieces, nephews, and children.
