He is survived by: his spouse Robin Ann Hartfield Freeman; his son Timothy Lyles Freeman of Manning; his stepchildren, Justin Blair Hartfield of Florence, Jeffrey Brandon Zurcher of Sumter and Shannon Wylie Zurcher (Heidi) of Florence; his grandchildren, Cameron, Ethan, Nate, Blake, Dylan, Connor, Landon and Gracie; and his siblings, Lewis Howard (Myrtle) of Manning, Eddie Freeman (Elloree) of Scranton, Lonnie Freeman (Lorri) of Manning and Margaret Timmons of Manning. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
