She is survived by: her daughter Lisa Sheppard of Manning; her granddaughter Cameron Nicole Sheppard of Columbia; her great grandchild Olivia Rayne Bloodworth of Charleston; and her siblings, Jackie Lee of Effingham, Ruby Evans (Willie Joe) of Lake City, Randall Welch (Shirley) of Sumter and Roger Welch of Myrtle Beach. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
A funeral service will be held on Thursday, September 17th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Chapel of Stephens Funeral Home (12777 Raccoon Rd, Manning, SC 29102).
