He was predeceased by: his parents, Bert Russell Royer and Jessie Belle Rohwer Royer. He is survived by: his wife Mary June Roos Royer; and his children, Bradley Royer (Katherine) of Knoxville, TN, Bruce Royer (Debbie) of Summerton, Shelly Dunning of Lexington, Carolynn Cisneros of Summerton and Kim Chesney of Blackville. He is also survived by ten grandchildren; eighteen great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
A memorial service was held on Saturday, September 5th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Summerton Presbyterian Church (16 S Cantey St, Summerton, SC 29148). A reception was held on Saturday, September 5th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
