He was predeceased by: his parents, William Wortham Price, Sr. and Myrtle Edna Burgess Price; his grandson Jewl Austin Bryant; his stepsons, Carl Raymond Hurst and James Lawton Hurst; and his brothers, William "Bill" Wortham Price, Jr. and James Dewayne "Buster" Price.
He is survived by: his wife Virginia Carolyn Young Price; his daughters, Sandi Bramlette (Andy) of Rembert and Melissa Singletary (Sam) of Summerville; his grandchildren, Justin Hurst (Courtney), Toni Hurst (Nick), Karen Kolb (Jason), Shelley Avins (Sam), Joseph Winfield, Jr. (Brittani), Jenna Winfield, Robbi Tidwell (Chase), Bryce Singletary (Katie), Ashley Ruble (Jim), Rocky Andrews Bramlette, Tonya Yvonne Smith and Paul Adam Bramlette; and his sisters, Rebecca Tyler of Texas, Movella Breedon (Lynn) of Texas and Betty Jeanette Arrington of Texas. He is also survived by twenty great grandchildren.
