She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Whetsel and Lois Whetsel (Porter); her daughter Jodi Ann Shoemaker; her sister Nancy Hawk; and her brother-in-law Fred Kizer.
She is survived by: her husband Lloyd E Shoemaker; her children, Chris Shoemaker (April) and Holly Trombley (Josh); her grandchildren, Terry Jay Perkins (Ravenne), Jackson Trombley, Zackary, Emily, Riggins and Baxley Shoemaker; her great grandchildren, Sawyer, Sullivan Blu and Sofia; her sisters, Debra Kizer, Rhonda Kammeyer (John) and Theresa Dunlap (John); and her brother-in-law Thomas Hawk. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, July 12th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Manning United Methodist Church (17 E Rigby St, Manning, SC 29102).
