She is survived by: her husband John Douglas; her sons, James Douglas (Cheryl) and Jonathan Douglas (Amber); her stepchildren, John "Bubba" Douglas, Jr. and Amy Helms; her grandsons, Jonathan Douglas, Jr. and Jackson Douglas; her stepgrandchildren, Jessica Poplin, Courtney Helms Thompson, Kylie Douglas, Zachary Douglas, Heather Douglas, Virginia Rhodes, Shannon Missler and Nathan Dent; her stepgreat-grandchildren, Harley Poplin, SJ Thompson, Brayden Green, Carson Rhodes, Hunter Rhodes and Adelaide Missler; her siblings, Henry "Buster" Tisdale, James Tisdale (Sheryl), Clarence Tisdale, Lee Mack Tisdale and Barbara Baird; and her sisters-in-law, Brenda Tisdale and Jane Carroll. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
