He is survived by: his wife Tammy Baylor Justice; his mother Letha Mae Frierson Fleming; his daughter Nikkei Timmons (Stevie Wheeler) of Manning; his stepdaughters, Heather Timmons of Manning and Hannah Justice (Wyatt) of Lake City; his grandchildren, Grace, Marlei, Mason, Addison, McKinley, Carter, Hampton, Paisley, Gannon and Saylor; his great grandchild Baylor; and his siblings, Johnny Timmons (Wanda) of Manning, Raymond Timmons (Kasia) of Manning and Judy Coker (Jerry) of Manning. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
