He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe Iverson Cutter and Janie Alice Tobias Cutter; his niece Kelsey Cutter Yarborough; and his nephew Joseph Bryan Cutter. He is survived by: his wife Cathy Marie Green Cutter; his brothers, Jerry Iverson Cutter (Lou) of Manning and Jimmy Ray Cutter (Pam) of Manning; and his godchildren, Becky, Mandy and Little Cutter. He is also survived by three nephews.
