He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Van Dunk and Ellen Van Dunk; and his brother Rudy Van Dunk. He is survived by: his wife Beverlee Provan; his stepsons, Jamieson Provan (Rachel) of Brooklyn, NY, Geoffrey Provan of Fort Montgomery, NY and Christopher Provan of Carmel, NY; his siblings, Coreen Goncalves (Euridice) of Port Orange, FL, Joseph Van Dunk of Port Orange, FL and George Van Dunk of Maine; and his close friends, Ajit and Angela Padhiar of New York. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
