He is survived by : his wife Kathryn Charlet Tarr; his children, Kimberly Sinclair (Rick) of Fredericksburg, VA, James Lee Tarr, Jr. of Hallsboro, NC and John Amend (Renee) of Pittsburgh, PA; his grandchildren, Kristina Millwood (Adam) of Norfolk, VA, Ashlee Tarr (Alex Ward) of Manning and Justin Tarr of Manning; his great grandchildren, Dylan Millwood and Axel Ward; and his siblings, Butch Hogg (Randi) of Leeper, PA, Avis Stonebreaker (Ralph) of Pennsylvania, Barbara Schuler (Dick) of Pennsylvania, Gayle Tarr of Pennsylvania, Janis Allen of Pennsylvania and Susan Allen of Pennsylvania. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
