He is survived by: his sister Stephanie Edwards Ratkovsky (Tom) of Manning; his half-sister Heather Edwards Price (Frankie) of Elloree; his nieces, Sarah Ann Ratkovsky and Katie Gray Ratkovsky; his nephew Ira Price; his close friend Shannon Hamilton of Gridley, CA; and his pet Rizzo. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
