It is with sadness that the passing of John Harley Neal of Manning, South Carolina is shared. John, born on May 22, 1941, passed away on September 7, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He is survived by: his wife Jeannie Whitton Neal; his daughter Tracey Neal Letmate (Eric); his grandsons, Spencer and Parker; his son Duane Alan Neal (Maribel); and his grandsons, Gavin and Marcel.
