She was predeceased by: her parents, Oscar Pinckney Richburg, Sr. and Sue Effie Richbourg Richburg; her siblings, Oscar P. Richburg, Jr., Freddie Richburg, Basil E. Richburg, Ernest Richburg, Dorothy Sue Richburg and Colleen Kennedy; her nephew Lamar Kennedy; and her great-nephew Charles R. Medlin.
She is survived by: her nieces, Susan K. Carter (Jay) of Florence, Sheila R. O'Brien (Michael) of Goose Creek and Cathy Kennedy of Manning; her sister-in-law Virginia Richburg of New Ellenton; and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Thad Kennedy (Ashlee) of Manning, Andy Kennedy (Connor Kiker) of Manning, Jocelyn Williams (Carl) of Summerville, Kristin Medlin and Caroline Carter of Nashville, TN.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 8th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Stephens Funeral Home & Crematory (304 N Church St, Manning, SC 29102). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 8th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
