It is with sadness that the passing of Robert Wayne White Sr. (Manning, South Carolina) is shared. Robert, born on March 14, 1949, passed away on August 29, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Ardee Floyd and Eleese Frierson Floyd; his former wife Marilyn Baggette White; his adoptive parents, John H. White and Leola F. White; his grandson Brandon Lee White; his daughter-in-law Jennifer Reed; and his siblings, Mike Floyd, Joyce Roberson and Wanda J. Floyd.
He is survived by: his wife Carol Bowers White; his children, Robert Wayne White, Jr. of Manning, Connie Michelle White of Manning and John Brian White (Katelyn) of Manning; his siblings, Roger D. Floyd of Florence, David D. Floyd (Kimmie) of Manning, Linda McIntosh (Steve) of Manning and Shawnette McDonald (Jimmy) of Manning; and the mother of his children Linda Gayle Hardy of Manning. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; three great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, September 1st 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Stephens Funeral Home (304 N Church St, Manning, SC 29102). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, September 1st 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
