He is survived by: his wife Alice Georgene Clarkson Fulmer; his sons, Ronald Jeffery Fulmer (Colleen) of Alloway, NJ and Jason Todd Fulmer (Beth) of Destin, FL; and his grandchildren, Andrew Troy Fulmer, Stephen Thomas Fulmer, Riley Marie Fulmer and Lucas Jeffrey Fulmer. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
