He is survived by: his children, Shelley Parker (Edward) of Salters, Shannon Lizewski (Michael) of Irmo and Shaun Spivey (Donna) of Lexington; his grandchildren, Edward Parker (Nicole), Caleb Parker (Jenny), John Lizewski, Matthew Lizewski, Christian Spivey and Bryson Spivey; his great grandchildren, Maelynn Parker, Dallas Parker and Elizabeth Parker; his brothers, John Alford "Al" Spivey, Jr. (Nancy) of Hickory, NC and Berry Ernest "Bunny" Spivey (Leslee) of Salters; and his close friend Diane Graham of Kingstree.
