She was predeceased by: her husband Clark Elijah Stephen, Sr.; and her father Lester Ann Goodyear Norton. She is survived by: her children, Karen E. Hill (Brad) of Ridgeville, Jessica M. Stephen (John McKenzie) of Sumter, Lisa A. Morris (Joseph) of Sumter, Clark E. Stephen, Jr. (Miranda) of Sumter and Bryan D. Stephen (Ashley) of Sumter; and her siblings, Joe Norton (Barbara) of Sumter, Danny Norton of Sumter, Margaret Jackson of Latta and Diane Caughman of Sumter. She is also survived by twenty one grandchildren; thirteen great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 14th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Stephens Funeral Home (304 N Church St, Manning, SC 29102). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 14th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
