He was predeceased by: his parents, Arcadio Rios Garza and Isabel Ibarra Rios. He is survived by: his wife Esperanza Rios; his children, Victor H. Rios (Maria) of Manning, Martin Rios (Laura) of Manning, Arnulfo Rios (Nico) of Manning, Rolando Rios (Ernestina) of Manning and Maria Salinas (Jairo) of Manning; and his siblings, Juan Rios of Mexico, Reyas Rios of Mexico and Blanca Canales of Texas. He is also survived by twenty one grandchildren; seventeen great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, December 13th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Stephens Funeral Home & Crematory (304 N Church St, Manning, SC 29102). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, December 13th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Our Lady of Hope Catholic Church (2529 Raccoon Rd, Manning, SC 29102).
