He was predeceased by: his parents, William James Buddin, Jr. and Charlene Mae Rooney Buddin. He is survived by: his wife Elaine Richburg Buddin; his daughters, Caroline Buddin and Charlotte Scapin of Paris, France; and his siblings, Chuck Buddin (Pam) of Manning, Pam Currie of Manning and Debbie Mattison (Reid) of Zionsville, IN. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
Visitation was held on Sunday, December 7th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Manning United Methodist Church (17 E Rigby St, Manning, SC 29102). A funeral service was held on Sunday, December 7th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
