It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Alta Rimer of Marion, South Carolina, who passed away on March 17, 2024, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by : her husband Ernest Jackson "Jack" Rimer. She is survived by : her children, Jean R. Richardson (Hank) of Pawley's Island, Steve Rimer (Dianne) of Mullins and Joe Rimer (Tara) of Coward; and her close friend Hilda Shaver of Myrtle Beach. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
