He is survived by: his children, Brad Stephens (Susan Stephens) and Carolyn Morgan (Chuck Morgan); his brothers, Jimmy Stephens (Melody Stephens) and Arden Stephens (Susan Stephens); and his grandchildren, Ivy Stephens, Lizzy Stephens, Chase McKnight, Chelsi Sorenson and Matthew Morgan.
